After getting embarrassed by their former icon and superstar and current Phillies right fielder Bryce Harper, the Nats were handed a win by the Phillies, mostly out of pity for the national humiliation they suffered last Tuesday.
Now the team that rips off the Walgreens logo is headed into town for a 3 game set that has some good pitching matchups in the Phillies favor imo.
GAME 1 - Mon, April 8th 7:05 PM EDT
Anibal Sanchez sucks butt. He had some extreme luck facing the Phillies the first time and still had a bad outing. Vince Velasquez looked pretty good in his one appearance out of the pen, but I expect this game to be a slug fest. With the Phillies winning of course, 9-6.
GAME 2 - Tue, April 9th 7:05 PM EDT
Strasburg has looked decent so far, but forgive me if a pitcher who is throwing ~93 mph now isn't all that scary. His curve is still good as hell, but yea I'm not shook. There's a less than zero percent chance Nola throws another dud. I absolutely expect him to feed off the home crowd and get back on track with a W. Phillies win.
GAME 3 - Wed, April 9th 7:05 PM EDT
Jeremy Hellickson lmao. There's really only one thing to say about this matchup. Well, not say, but show.
Yea, Phillies win this one easily. B R O O M S.
